Privacy Policy
Privacy-first property research.
Last updated June 22, 2026. This policy is written for the FlipLot MVP and should be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
FlipLot collects account information, listing submissions, saved lead notes, uploaded photos or contract files, billing identifiers from Stripe when configured, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
We use this information to authenticate users, verify email ownership, review submitted listings, provide saved-lead and wholesale tools, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve platform safety.
Property locations shown to non-admin users may be approximate. Exact addresses, uploaded files, contract details, and admin verification notes should be treated as sensitive and are only shown where the product flow requires it.
Do not upload government IDs, payment card numbers, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or documents you do not have the right to share. Contract uploads should be limited to information needed for legitimate wholesale review.
FlipLot may use service providers for hosting, payments, email, storage, analytics, fraud prevention, and support. Providers should only receive the information required to perform their function.
Users can request account or data deletion by contacting FlipLot. Some records may be retained where needed for security, legal compliance, dispute handling, audit logs, or fraud prevention.
FlipLot is not a brokerage, title company, lender, appraiser, law firm, or investment adviser. Users remain responsible for independent due diligence before contacting owners, marketing contracts, submitting offers, or making investment decisions.
