Users must create an account with a valid email and password before using buy, sell, saved lead, billing, or wholesale tools. Each user is responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity performed from their account.

Users may not create duplicate accounts to bypass limits, impersonate another person, upload material they do not control, scrape the service, attack the service, publish exact private property information obtained through restricted views, or use FlipLot for unlawful, discriminatory, harassing, deceptive, or predatory conduct.

Listing submissions and wholesale contracts may be reviewed, hidden, rejected, archived, or removed at FlipLot's discretion. Admin review is a safety workflow, not a guarantee that a listing or contract is legitimate.

Wholesale tools are for organizing deal terms and calculator assumptions. Users are solely responsible for confirming contract rights, assignment language, title, licensing requirements, disclosures, marketing rules, buyer qualification, closing timelines, and all applicable laws.

FlipLot may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, restrict access, preserve logs, and cooperate with lawful requests where needed to protect users, property owners, the service, or third parties.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FlipLot disclaims warranties and limits liability for inaccurate data, unavailable listings, user-uploaded content, third-party sources, missed opportunities, investment losses, legal disputes, or decisions made from platform information.
